Mangal Chand Tubes Private Limited (MTPL) was incorporated on 18thJune 1971 and since its inception is in the business of manufacturing & marketing of copper wire, cables, tubes, rods and alloys. Under the stewardship of Mr. Bhaskar Choudhari, the company has maintained its leadership in special alloys for Lighting and electrical Industry.

MTPL is among few companies in India to produce Copper alloy wires for electric bulb industry. These wires are the key input for the manufacturing of bulbs used for residential purpose & for automobile industry. The company has been maintaining highest standards of manufacturing to cater to the requirements of Auto Industry. For ensuring consistent quality standards, MTPL has gone in for backward integration & has installed melting furnace for making alloys. This also ensures that the proprietary technology remains within the promoters of the company providing an edge over the competitors. MTPL products are used in telecommunication industry. It produces very fine copper wires required in manufacturing of Fibre glass rods for FIBRE Optic Cable.

In 2016 company started manufacturing of raw material for FIBRE OPTIC CABLES viz Polyester Ripcords, Binder yarns and water swellable yarns.
